Planned Maintenances

Dear HPC users,

starting Monday, February 23rd, 8:00 am there will be major maintenance work on the Raven system. All batch jobs and user sessions have to be stopped by then.

Work will be carried out on the cooling infrastructure and a major upgrade will be performed on the I/O system that serves the GPFS file systems (/raven/u and /raven/ptmp). The maintenance will take at least 3 days, meaning that Raven will be back in operation on the evening of Wednesday, February 25th at the earliest.

Please note that the Robin visualization system will be unavailable during Raven maintenance. Likewise, the Raven file systems /raven/u and /raven/ptmp will be unavailable during Raven maintenance on Viper.
